We get asked a lot of the same questions. So rather than make you email us every time, we've put the answers here. If your question isn't here, drop us a line at info@quieter.life and we'll get back to you.
Shipping
Shipping & Delivery
We normally get orders out next day. Rich, our man at the warehouse, is quick. Once it's with the courier, standard UK delivery usually lands the following day. So in most cases you're looking at 1–2 days from ordering.
We do. Drop us a message at info@quieter.life before you order and we'll sort out the details. Delivery times and costs vary depending on where in the world you're headed.
Free over £50 for UK orders. Under £50 and a small shipping charge applies at checkout. Buying more is obviously the solution.
Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that isn't right. We'd rather you were happy than stuck with something that doesn't work for you.
Yes. We do both — straight refunds or exchanges for a different size or colour. Just let us know what you need when you get in touch.

Sizing & Fit
It varies by product. Each product page has specific sizing guidance — always worth checking before you order. If you're between sizes or unsure, our sizing page has detailed measurements, or drop us a message and we'll give you an honest answer.

Materials
Materials & Sustainability
100% organic cotton. Heavyweight, because we don't believe in clothing that gives up after six washes. Water-based inks throughout — better for you, better for the planet.
Yes. We're a Fair Wear Foundation partner, which means the people who make our clothing are treated and paid fairly. It's not a marketing line — it's a commitment we take seriously.
Compostable and recyclable. We're not perfect, but we're trying to do things properly at every stage.
We prefer to say we're a responsible brand. Sustainable gets used by a lot of people who don't mean it. What we can tell you is that every decision we make — materials, manufacturing, packaging — is made with the intention of doing less harm. We're always looking at what we can do better.
Care
Care Instructions
30 degrees. Inside out. No tumble dryer. The organic cotton and water-based inks will thank you for it — and your clothing will last significantly longer. Hang to dry. It's worth the extra few minutes.
Not if you follow the care instructions above. Water-based inks are kinder to the environment but they do need a little more care than plastisol prints. Wash inside out, keep it cool, and the print will stay sharp.

Orders
Orders & Payments
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and PayPal. Basically everything except a cheque.
There's a limited window. Rich at the warehouse moves fast, so get in touch as quickly as possible at info@quieter.life if you need to change anything. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once the order is in the system.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@quieter.life with your order details and we'll resend it.
